Acne Free Forever

It is very difficult to get rid of acne. I spent most of my life with over 30% of my body covered in whiteheads, blackheads and cystic nodules. Growing up in the bay area of California there is a holistic approach to treating any ailment.  I spent hours in spas in Berkeley trying to get my skin acne free. When this failed to work, thousands of dollars later, I turned to a dermatologist. I was given tons of prescription pills and creams over the next five years. One of the more famous ones prescribed to me, it is also used for anti aging, Retin-A. Most of the drugs I was given had harsh side effects and were minimally affective while I was using them. Once I stopped taking the drug or using the cream my skin would go back to being covered in acne.  This was devastating to see small improvements and experience harsh side effects only to have my skin resort back to its old ways.

My brother’s case of acne was much worse then mine. Often acne is worse in men then it is in women because of the hormonal differences. He was prescribed a drug and within two months his skin was 90% better. I was amazed at how fast this improvement took place. After four months my brother’s skin had completely improved. He was given a drug called Accutane. At the time it hadn’t been on the market for very long and side effects were still coming into full view. Some of the sided effects were depression, birth defects and dizziness this list goes on and on into more obscure and terrible things.

Having my entire chest, back, neck and face covered in acne for ten years I did not care what the side effects were. I had to go to four different dermatologists to obtain a prescription. Doctors do not like to prescribe Accutane to females because of the risk of a pregnancy while taking Acctane. After taking this for 6 months my skin had cleared up 100%. When I stopped taking the drug my skin stayed cleared up. Two years later I started to get breakouts again. My skin was still 80% better than it was originally. I got another prescription for Accutane and took it for 3 months. That was a year ago and today my skin does not have one imperfection.

Natural acne treatment is a method used to treat and prevent acne that mainly pertains to diet and hygiene. I have basic information about both of these that I will provide, but I definitely am not an expert in the topic.

Next, dieting does incredible things for natural acne treatment. Having at least six glasses of water a day will help your body maintain excellent fluid levels and you will notice a difference overtime. Eating fruits and vegetables is very important as they provide vitamins that are benficial to the prevention and curing of acne.

Consuming dairy can increase the development of acne, therefore it is suggested that you find an alternative to milk and cheese. Alcohol should also be completely avoided. Tea and coffee can be beneficial, but more than two cups a day is not.

There are plenty of things to watch for including do’s and dont’s in your diet, it would definitely be a long list. Essentially, eating healthy is the main key. An easy example of several dont’s would be smoking, fast food, and fried foods. Not only will eating healthy help prevent and cure acne, it will also make you healthier.

There are many, many different methods of natural acne treatment. For the most part, they are different diet ideas and methods that will help. There are plenty of foods that are better than others, and keeping clean is something that will take part in curing acne.

Laser acne treatment has become very popular in the past few years. I’ve been looking for places that perform laser acne treatment in Los Angeles and have had no luck at all. I know there are places that perform this treatment, but finding them is the hard part.

Doxycycline Acne Treatment

I’ve been trying to find where it is possible to get Doxycycline Acne Treatment, and I haven’t been able to find anywhere. I know that there are places out there that do this procedure, but I’m not sure where. This method is not a facial product or procedure used, it is a medication that is taken.

Doxycycline sounds very complicated for an acne treatment, but it is just one of those extra long terms to define an antibiotic. What Doxycycline does as an acne treatment is affects the growth of bacteria of acne infections. On top of taking the initial antibiotic, you will need to take other supplements as well in order for the Doxycycline to be most effective.

Most antibiotics do a great job of hindering the effectiveness of contraceptive pills, so it is not recommended to rely on the pill form of contraception alone while taking Doxycycline. Although just like most medications, Doxycycline acne treatment has side effects as well.

There are two types of side effects, serious and not serious, I’m going to list them for you. Serious: watery and/or severe diarrhea (can be bloody), fever, and intense stomach cramps. Not serious: itching, fainting, facial swelling, hives, and skin rashes. Most of the not serious symptoms are directly correlated to an allergic reaction.

There are is little more information that I have to share about this procedure to curing acne. Although there are the certain precautions for pregnant and breast feeding women to not take this medication. Although, there is a lot more information that can be found about the Doxycyline Acne Treatment.

Acne Treatment in San Diego

Well, I have been trying to find acne treatment in San Diego, and I have had no luck at all; absolute zero success. It is definitely not the easiest thing to do. Although there are many ways to curing acne, you definitely want to get the best possible service, which I haven’t found yet.

Considering I haven’t found anywhere to get acne treatment in San Diego, I’ll just tell you a bit about acne and how it can be treated. The main problem with acne is that it causes humiliation, low self esteem, and low self confidence amongst the many teenagers that deal with acne.

When it comes to curing acne, it is a serious matter. Whether you are trying to find an acne treatment in San Diego, or somewhere else, it is not something to be taken lightly. People that go from acne to acne-free feel happy, confident, and aren’t afraid to go to social events.

I suggest that you try really hard to find an acne treatment in San Diego, because that is definitely your best bet. Going to a professional and getting the right work done can result in your acne being cured. All it takes it some looking around and once you have found it, your another step closer to the cure.
