Cellulite tends to find its way on to the legs, buttocks and hips. When cellulite starts to fester, it can be very difficult to get rid of. Just ask Jackie.
Jackie lived about three houses away from me. She was very popular because she had a small restaurant that made the best food within a 10 mile radius. Jackie’s Food Den was the name of her establishment and so popular was her restaurant that Jackie appeared on a television show after her culinary skills became so talked about in the state. It appeared as though her customers were not the only ones eating her food.
Jackie was short but stocky looking. She had a weird shape but definitely for her 5 foot tall self she was way too heavy. I guess when she cooked her delicious foods she would sample them just a little too much. Jackie was however well aware of her over weight condition and the cellulite that dripped from her legs bothered her.
She decided to get a cellulite laser treatment. I remember the day she told me about her plans. She was very excited. She had done her research and decided that the cellulite laser was for her. After a few sessions, Jackie was cellulite free and loving it, but, she never altered her diet.
In a very short space of time Jackie was cellulite full again. She saw me one day and started to criticize the cellulite laser, the person who invented it (whoever that was) and the doctor that did the procedure. It was then I had to explain to her that cellulite exercises and diet were essential in the battle against cellulite. She was in such a rage that my comments meant nothing to her. Jackie would remain short and fat and cellulite ridden after that. I guess she got used to the lumps of fat.
